Project Anti-aging
We won't win the fight with aging , but we will die trying !
Everyone’s asking about XERF because a Kardashian posted it.
So here’s the part the clinics usually skip.
XERF is made by Cynosure Lutronic, filed as Lutronic Corporation, Korea. The FDA cleared it on August 11, 2025 — 510(k) number K251327.
Look it up yourself. I beg you. Make Google useful for once.
Two things that number tells you.
First: a 510(k) is not the FDA saying, «Congratulations, this device reverses aging and your jawline is back from the dead.»
A 510(k) clearance means the device was cleared by showing it is substantially equivalent to something already on the market.
XERF’s own filing names its predicate devices: Thermage and truSculpt iD.
So the paperwork that put it on your provider’s menu is not saying, «This is a brand-new miracle.»
It is saying, «This is similar enough to machines that already existed.»
Second: the FDA did not clear it as a facelift.
It was not cleared for «structural skin tightening,» «face lifting,» «snatched jawline,» or «Kardashian-level rebirth.»
The listed indication is for electrocoagulation and hemostasis.
Translation: heating tissue and helping stop bleeding.
The skin-tightening story is the marketing layer added on top.
Now — does that mean XERF is useless?
No.
Radiofrequency can be helpful. It can improve skin quality. It can soften mild laxity. It can create a nicer, tighter-looking appearance in the right person, with the right expectations, and with a provider who tells the truth instead of selling fairy dust with a payment plan.
But RF is not surgery.
It is not fat transfer.
It is not a face rebuild.
And it cannot lift a descending face back to 1998.
That doesn’t mean don’t do it.
It means don’t be a guinea pig because a celebrity posted a glowing after-picture under studio lighting.
Ask better questions.
But the magic is not in chasing every new machine.
The magic is in choosing the right tool for the right face, at the right time, with honest expectations.
Your face is not a beta test.
It’s the only one you get.
Working out with my teenage,
Everyone thinks I’m building memories.
I’m building muscle.
His… so he appreciates strength early.
Mine… so he never has to change my diapers.
This isn’t family bonding.
It’s a long-term retirement strategy.
First time on TV and I was sure I’d freeze. Spent days preparing perfect answers… he didn’t ask a single one of them 😅 Turns out you can’t prepare your way out of a conversation — you just have to show up and talk. Full interview coming soon. 🎬
Everyone says, «I love your haircut.»
Thank you. But let’s be honest — this man doesn’t just cut my hair.
He shaves, sculpts, edits, and landscapes my head into something that looks intentional instead of «escaped from a weather event.»
My haircut is part of my brand now.
So technically, he’s not my hairdresser.
He’s brand maintenance. ✂️😂
