On the final day of the 2026 LIUNA Multi-Regional Conference, GP Brent Booker and IUPAT GP Jimmy Williams Jr. signed a HISTORIC agreement to strengthen organizing, coordinate strategy and build worker POWER together. 2026 Lexington Truck Pull The Lexington Truck Pull is an exciting event to help support Special Olympics athletes. Teams of 15 sign up and raise a minimum of $1,500 to participate. Teams compete to see who can pull a fully loaded 18-Wheeler semi-truck 12 feet in the fastest time by division.

We attended the public informational meeting on the Lexington solar ZOTA last night. It's important to be part of these conversations and make sure labor has a seat at the table.

We will continue working to help secure opportunities for the hardworking members of Local 189 while supporting responsible growth in our community.
