I wanna give a HUGE shout out to this woman!!🔥 She set a new PR in the Trap Bar Deadlift!
What makes it even more impressive is she wasn't even feeling the best. Therese could of skipped the session & said forget it. She didn't though! She pushed thru & gave it everything she had! She's really amazing.
🗣So what do you do when you aren't feeling your best?? Do you skip a workout or do you just buckle down and get it done?
