Wellness Warriors my girl Tatiyana didn’t see Quick Tip Tuesdays about asking the gym staff for help. So she just assumed that this piece of equipment she wanted to use was no longer at the gym. Lucky for her she ran into Coach T who showed her where it was and how to use it. 😂. Just ask the staff. They are there to assist you.

Monday Motivation! We often pray for healing and the Lord answers our prayers. But it is our responsibility to keep our healing by taking care of our temple.

Wellness Wednesday! I had the honor of presenting my lunch & learn program “Designing a Winning Workout Program” to the Fayette County Public Schools Administrative Employees. There were many notes taken and “aha” moments. As a coach I truly enjoy educating individuals interested in health and wellness.
