Holistic Care: Intended to heal the mind-body-spirit.

I received a comment recently that reminded me of something important...

Not everyone will understand your standards. 🌿

Some people have been taught that gratitude means accepting whatever you're given.

That wanting more means you're ungrateful.

That having standards means you're entitled.

I disagree.

You can be grateful and still desire more.

You can appreciate where you are and still work toward where you're going.

You can be thankful for what you have and still believe you're worthy of better.

Better relationships.
Better health.
Better opportunities.
Better treatment.
Better experiences.

The problem is that when you start raising your standards, some people will project their limitations onto you.

They'll tell you you're asking for too much.

Dreaming too big.

Expecting too much from life.

But often, what they're really revealing is what they've convinced themselves they don't deserve. 🤍

Don't let someone else's ceiling become your floor.

Be grateful.

And have standards.

The two are not opposites.

In fact, I believe they belong together.

This is your permission slip to appreciate what you have while continuing to build the life you desire.

And if you're ready to raise your standards, reconnect with your self-worth, and stop settling for less than you're worthy of, my Sacred Reset sessions are available through my website whenever you feel called. ✨

Intent and impact are not the same thing. 🌿

Someone can have good intentions...
..and still hurt you.

The healthiest relationships understand both.

Instead of saying:

"I didn't mean it that way."

They also ask:

"Can you help me understand how that affected you?"

Because empathy doesn't require agreeing with someone's experience.

It requires caring enough to understand it. 🤍

When someone consistently dismisses your pain because their intentions were "good," they're asking you to carry the impact alone.

Healthy people don't just defend their character.

They take responsibility for how their actions affected the people they love.

That doesn't mean every misunderstanding is abuse.

It doesn't mean you're responsible for someone else's emotions.

But if a person repeatedly refuses to acknowledge the impact of their words or actions, no matter how clearly you communicate them...

That relationship deserves an honest reevaluation.

Mutual respect requires accountability.

Love isn't just about what we meant to do.

It's also about caring enough to repair what we unintentionally damaged.

And if you're ready to build healthier relationships, strengthen your boundaries, and reconnect with your self-worth, my Sacred Reset sessions are available through my website whenever you feel called. I'd be honored to support you on that journey. ✨

Healing isn't supposed to feel comfortable.

Think about it...

If you broke your leg, you wouldn't expect to wake up the next morning completely healed.

You'd expect soreness.
Frustration.
Slow progress.
Days where it feels like you're moving backward before moving forward.

Emotional healing works much the same way.

I've noticed there are often four types of healing journeys:

🌑 The person who doesn't realize healing is needed.

🌒 The person who becomes aware but never takes action.

🌓 The person who starts healing but quits when the work gets uncomfortable.

🌕 And the person who keeps showing up anyway.

Not because it's easy.

Because they know what's waiting on the other side.

Healing isn't about avoiding discomfort.

It's about trusting that discomfort doesn't mean you're failing.

It often means you're growing.

So if you're in the messy middle today...

Keep going.

Your future self is being built one courageous step at a time. 🤍

And if you're ready to navigate the messy middle with support, my Sacred Reset sessions are available through my website whenever you feel called. I'd be honored to walk alongside you. ✨
