Female Participation in Youth Sports Skyrockets with Title IX
27 percent of females participate in youth sports compared to 43 percent of males. The amount of female participation in youth sports has skyrocketed since the passage of Title IX. At the time of the passage of the law, only 5% of girls participated in the top 10 youth sports programs.
Regarding college female participation in sports, 15,000 women participated in college athletics before Title IX. This includes counting recreational college sports to the elite level. Five decades later, more than 200,000 women play sports across all divisions of the NCAA.

Abject Election Vote Counting Failure
The US Congressional hearings on Jan 6 findings illustrate an attack on democracy. If we pay attention to that aspect of Trump's rebuttal to the US Congressional hearings we see immediately that there was an abject election vote counting failure. We need to look at Mr. Trump’s reasoning. “How could I have lost when I had such large crowds?” he says. “I was leading at first and then they stole it from me, the votes changed from what they had been in the beginning.”
Both these statements need to be taken at face value. First of all, no one elected Martin Luther King President even though he had large crowds. Secondly, it is true historically that many, many elections have been stolen in the wee hours of late counting of ballots.
Mr. Trump complains that " His campaign and his supporters know that the 2020 election was rigged in favor of Biden through stolen ballots, mistaken vote counts, and various other means." I believe that the delay in counting the paper ballots was traumatic for President Trump and that his fragile personality was thrown off by the delayed count, to the detriment of the country, because then people believed his heartfelt complaints. It is not the complaining that is bad, but that people believed him.
