Makes 4 Wraps Wrap Ingredients 1 bundles of organic kale rinsed and finely chopped 1/2 cup organic pumpkin seed 1/2 cup organic sunflower seed 1/2 can organic cannellini beans drained 1/2 avocado diced 1/2 avocado sliced 8 organic collard green leaves rinsed and dried 1/2 cup organic hummus 12 slices organic turkey breast, Dressing Ingredients 1/4 cup organic extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp organic maple syrup, 2 tsp organic lemon juice Juice of 1/2 organic orange 1 tsp dijon mustard 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 shallot -Add all of the dressing ingredients to a blender. Blend well and set aside -To a large bowl add the chopped organic kale, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/4 sunflower seeds, cannellini beans, and 1/2 diced avocado. -Add the dressing and toss well. -For each of the 4 wraps do the following: 1.Overlap 2 collard green leaves 2.Spread 2 tbsp of hummus 3.Add 3/4 cup of kale mix 4.Top with a few slices of avocado and a sprinkle of both the pumpkin and sunflower seeds 5.Roll as shown and enjoy!! 04/25/2023
