The students prepared last Thursday's service with another new menu featuring Parmesan Garlic Salad, Herb Salmon with Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables, Focaccia, and Vanilla Bean Olive Oil Cake 🍣🍰

We were thrilled to have Chef Tanya Whitehouse and Chef Tem Burikhanov join us for an extraordinary service last Thursday! Their menu featured Hominy & Roasted Corn Salad, Pepper Jelly Sausage Ball Hoagies, a Roast Winter Vegetable Salad with Sorghum Vinaigrette, and Sticky Toffee Pudding🍮🍞🥗

Last Tuesday's lunch included a delicious serving of Bruschetta Crostini, Chicken Parmesan or Eggplant Parmesan, Herbed Italian Rolls, and Salted Caramel Brownies! ✨🍋
