Join me for "Be With It All," an experiential workshop at Trinity CSL in Atlanta on March 1st. This workshop isn't just an info dump, it’s a somatic and spiritual deep dive into what it means to be fully alive. I'm creating a space where you can:

✨ Navigate change with grace by staying grounded in your body.
✨ Integrate everything...the joy, the grief, the outrage, and the peace.

Through mindful doodling, journaling prompts, and guided movement meditation practices, we’ll explore the mind-body-spirit connection and embrace the truth: It is all Divine.
