Sanding & staining? Not my thing.
Painting? YES!
This dresser/desk was damaged in a move almost 10 years ago. Instead of bothering to empty it, move it, sand it & stain in with hours/days of work, I did this in under 45 mins! It's not a family heirloom, just a hand-me-down that works perfectly fine for me. Some paint matching, faux finishing and sealer (which was still wet creating the blotching, but I was too impatient to get an "after"! 😂) and it's all set! It's not perfect, but it's an improvement!
