Sha has been a member of our association since 2005. Throughout the years, he has recognized the value of REALTOR® membership, especially the exclusive access to the MLS, which he considers an essential tool for success in the industry.

Sha has served 10 years as a Board member and understands the importance of being involved in the decisions that impact the association and its members. His commitment to leadership stems from a desire to help shape the future of the organization and support the success of fellow REALTORS®.

His advice for those just starting in the industry is to be patient and give yourself plenty of time to build your business. He also encourages new agents to avoid "get rich quick" gimmicks and focus on creating a strong foundation for long term success.

One of Sha's favorite association events is the RCHF Golf Scramble, which brings members together while supporting an important cause and making a positive impact in our communities.

When it comes to member benefits, Sha finds the most value in the MLS. He believes it is the one tool that is truly necessary for REALTORS® and appreciates the exclusive access it provides through association membership.
