On June 6, 1944, Allied forces stormed the beaches of Normandy in one of the most pivotal moments in history.

D-Day was more than a military operation. It was a testament to courage, sacrifice and the determination to defend freedom at all costs.

Today, NaVOBA honors the heroes who served on D-Day and remembers the thousands who gave their lives in the fight against tyranny. Their bravery changed the course of history and continues to inspire generations of Veterans, service members and Americans alike.

We remember their sacrifice. We honor their legacy.

While we all enjoy the long weekend and hopefully spend time with friends and family, we also take time to reflect on the true meaning of this special day. The National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA), along with our Corporate Allies and Certified Veteran’s Business Enterprises® (VBEs), honors the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation and our way of life.

The freedoms we enjoy as Americans are by no means free. We are forever indebted to the brave men and women from all walks of life who answered the call to serve our country. To the families who have lost loved ones, we are eternally grateful for your sacrifice.

Lest we forget.
