We hit this circuit before upper body strength day, running 30 seconds per movement, non-stop:
Wall Ball – Full-body power + conditioning
Weighted Bulgarian Split Squat w/ Elevated Heel (Right Side) – Quad-dominant strength & balance
Hang Clean – Hip explosiveness & force transfer

Goal: Build lean mass, increase lower-body explosiveness, and maintain high-level conditioning. Perfect off-season stack for skill athletes—especially RBs—who need to stay fast while adding size. ( this guy has gained 15 pounds since starting!!!)
