The ReImagine Exhibit is a fundraiser for local elementary school’s art programs and materials. The concept pairs an elementary age student’s artwork, a line drawing, with a professional working artist to create a piece inspired by their work. It’s a blast every year to be able to donate a piece to this exhibit. This student’s artwork I chose was so detailed…it seemed more elaborate and if I didn’t know I would think it was more like a high school level piece than grade school. Unfortunately I no longer have a copy of the original line drawing. It was an online album and after the project ends the album including the children’s work ends too. I’ll keep trying to find a copy.
