CONCEPTION TO CONSTRUCTION 🏗️ Let us introduce…THE STATION at The Commons
This is another creative collaboration between Thoroughbred and local developer Daren Turner and Turner Properties. This project involved the design and construction of a NEW, two-story commercial mixed-use facility blending retail, entertainment, and short-stay residential space in the heart of The Commons Entertainment District.

Thoroughbred drew their inspiration from the adjacent railroad and the industrial reuse buildings in the development. The design of The Station is a modern interpretation of the industrial train stations that once lived along side the Lexington rail system. Pretty cool, huh? It’s even cooler in person!
