Take your athleticism to the next level with our all-new Speed, Agility & Strength training class at Five Tool FieldHouse — led by renowned performance coach Andy Fryman.

This high-intensity, functional training class is designed to build explosive speed, improve lateral quickness, develop strength, and increase total-body athletic performance. Whether you’re preparing for the next level or just looking to dominate your current season, this program is built to help you move faster, react quicker, and grow stronger with purpose.

Class Schedule:
• Ages 13–16: Mondays & Thursdays • 3:00–4:00 PM
• Ages 10–12: Mondays & Thursdays • 4:00–5:00 PM
• Start Dates:
• Monday, June 2nd
• Thursday, June 5th
• Classes continue weekly every Monday & Thursday.

Athletes can expect targeted drills, customized progressions, and take-home work to continue growth outside the facility.

Coach Andy Fryman brings elite-level experience and a hands-on approach, making this a must-attend for any serious young athlete.

✅ Lafayette High School Graduate (2011) – 5-year varsity starter at shortstop
✅ Eastern Kentucky University – Immediate starter as a freshman at shortstop, later playing third base & second base
✅ A Reliable Hitter – Always found a way to get on base!
✅ Coaching Career – Started coaching at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, quickly becoming the Head Coach

Here’s what you need to know:

📅 League Dates: ON GAME PER WEEK PLAYED ON EITHER
Thursday OR Friday in February.
Note: The last Friday games may shift to a different date due to scheduling conflicts.

🧢 Team Format:

4 players in the batting lineup.
Pitchers and catchers rotate every inning to maximize development.
Only the pitcher, catcher, and batter will be in the cage. (This league focuses on hitting, pitching, and catching—not fielding.)
📜 Rules:

Points-based hitting system.
Umpires will call balls and strikes.
Additional rules will be shared closer to the start date.
💲 Cost: $225 per team (approximately $45 per player).

📍 Location:
Five Tool Fieldhouse, 100 Market Path, Georgetown, KY

🌟 Special Event: If enough teams elect to participate
To wrap up the season, a one-day tournament will be held (likely on a Saturday).

Exclusive to league participants.
$100 per team (separate registration required).
