Sometimes things get old and we forget about them and move on, or we get old and can't care for things. I think the most beautiful cycle of life is coming to the rescue of another with nothing in return.

Who is Landon ?

Landon has a huge impact on the state of Kentucky !

Landon is a well known content creator throughout Lexington, Kentucky. He has built a reputation for helping businesses be seen and heard by showcasing their stories, services, and impact within the community. Through engaging reviews, videos, and social media content, Landon shines a spotlight on up-and-coming restaurants, local entrepreneurs, and businesses of all kinds.

If there is a major event, grand opening, community gathering, or “who’s who” occasion happening in Lexington, chances are you’ll find Landon there, capturing the moments that bring people together and helping local businesses grow their reach.

Landon’s connection to the recovery community runs much deeper than his work. As the child of an individual who struggled with addiction, he understands firsthand the challenges, heartbreak, and resilience that recovery often requires. He is also the brother of the late Katie Williams the owner of Bluegrass Recovery’s sister.

Katie Williams tragically lost her life to addiction in 2021. Her loss left a lasting impact on her family and serves as a powerful reminder of why recovery services, community support, and access to treatment are so important. Through both personal experience and community involvement, Landon carries a deep understanding of the effects addiction can have on families and loved ones.

Today, Landon continues to use his platform to uplift others, support local businesses, and honor the memory of his sister while helping bring awareness to the importance of recovery and hope.

Who was Joey ?

A young man whose life mattered, whose accomplishments were remarkable he was a son, a brother, a friend. At a young age, Joey tackled something that many people spend a lifetime trying to overcome: addiction. He embraced the journey of sobriety with courage, determination, and strength, proving that recovery is possible even in the face of life’s greatest challenges.

The tragic accident that took Joey’s life left a lasting impact on everyone who knew and loved him. While his time here was far too short, his resilience, kindness, and commitment to living a better life continue to inspire those around him especially those at Bluegrass Recovery. His memory serves as a reminder that every day of recovery is a victory and that hope can shine even through life’s darkest moments.

Joey’s legacy lives on in the hearts of his family, friends, and community, and his story will continue to inspire others for years to come.
