Her passion for Lagree and attention to form make each class both fun and challenging in the best way. WHY I LOVE LAGREE: Lagree constantly challenges me to push beyond what I think I’m capable of. It’s not just a workout — it’s empowering, rewarding, and leaves me feeling stronger both physically and mentally after every class.

WHAT I WANT MY CLIENTS TO FEEL WHEN TAKING MY CLASS: I want everyone to feel strong, empowered, and proud of themselves when they take my class. I hope they leave feeling challenged in the best way, more confident in their bodies, and supported every step of the way.
