The property has its own private boat launch. Fish for Blue Ribbon rainbow trout right out your door!

Sip your morning coffee, drink a glass of wine, grill out dine and take in the tranquil setting on either of the two spacious porch decks overlooking the river. A gas grill is provided. There is a variety of wildlife to observe, to include geese, ducks, otters, eagles, osprey, turkey, deer and more.

The cabin is furnished with a spacious kitchen and is well appointed with every essential you will need to prepare and serve meals. The living room is furnished with a large screen TV, reclining sofa, rocking chair and a comfy recliner. The 2nd floor master bedroom has an ensuite bath with a soaking tub, double vanity and shower. Large sliding glass doors lead onto an oversized deck with spectacular views of the river and Cabinet mountains. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor have king beds with one of the bedrooms having an ensuite bath, double vanity and shower/tub combo. The second 1st floor bedroom has a full bath just across the hall. All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs.
