Calling all Chefs and Food Service Workers!!
The Salvation Army needs our assistance, as most of you know that the day before Thanksgiving the Salvation army feeds approximately 600 people in our community. Unfortunately, this year they find themselves looking for certified food establishments to help with cooking 60 turkeys and that's where you good people come in! If you can cook a turkey or two...or four or 20 or more, please contact Mr. Dickie Chang.
The holidays are usually a busy time for the food service industry, with banquet events, catering and overall daily operations, but this is the time to step up and provide our community a helping hand.
