I believe this is how we make the world a better place and deepen the human connection.

It was an honor to preform at TEDxLihue TEDxCOUNTYOFHAWAII TEDx and share the story of struggling with finding joy and following intuition to your most authentic path in life.

Growing up in a world that has many influences that can persuade you to let your life fall into ego, following the crowd, or letting chance run your life is all too easy. I believe the key to a fulfilling life is running into your own spark and following it. Bridging the gap between your childlike joy and spark and intentional living towards this more in our day to day reality. We can create our own reality.

Through trauma, a near-death car accident, and many of lives constant struggles, I share my journey with this and the on going ebb and flow of finding that balance in life, that sweet spot where you find your flow and joy.

And even the journey of losing yourself to the hustle, the grind, or a goal, and returning back to self and the point of it all.

This was a moment of extreme vulnerability and joy for me. I am so glad to be able to share this truest message. 🧭✨💫
