"If I could do 10 stars I would!!! The customer service at this shop is TOP TIER. Alexa and Andrew are truly amazing. I unfortunately signed up for a third part after market warranty (Car Shield) months before getting these repairs done. I took my car to this shop and my warranty company did everything they possibly could to avoid paying for any of the repairs that should have been covered. The shop owner (Andrew) spent hours on the phone with Car Shield and with me trying to do right by me. He went above and beyond and worked with me as much as he could. I am so grateful that I took my car here and not to any other shop that would not have been anywhere near as helpful. I was a new customer to this shop.
