Small businesses need to make sure all new and existing contracts cover their current needs. This week alone, I have had four business owners contact me trying to fire independent contractors or get out of a contract that no longer serves its purpose. In almost every instance, after reviewing the contract, the contract is either vague or doesn't have the language needed to justify the owner's actions.

Meaning these owners are setting themselves up for LITIGATION if they move forward with breaking the contracts. Litigation is usually four times MORE expensive than having an attorney draft your contracts and/or review and update your contracts.
