Kitchen Remodel: “Countertop and Backsplash”

Chad installed this previously purchased countertop for this customer. Frames were built to elevate the countertop above the cabinets so the joints could be correctly assembled from underneath with miter bolts - then a team helped lower it into place.

Chad also installed the backsplash along the wall and the archway between the kitchen and living space.

Bathroom Floor Replacement/Plumbing Repair/Toilet Install

Chad helped this customer with replacing damaged subfloor and tile caused by a bad toilet seal and fl**ge. The customer removed the old toilet and demo’d the damaged section. Chad then replaced the old with new: new plumbing and fl**ge, new subfloor, new cement board, new tile and new toilet. Chad’s portion of the work was complete in about six hours.

Carpentry: “Basement Steps”

For this customer, Chad removed the old basement steps and built a new set with risers and wider treads. The change was needed to provide a safer and less intimidating set of steps for their dogs to navigate. This job, start to finish, was complete in about eight hours.
