Tuesday Newsday!
Two Image Comics titles are heading to the small screen.
Southern Bastards by Jason Aaron and Jason Latour revolves around the culture in a small town in the American South where football is everything and people try to get away with crime. It won the 2015 Harvey Award for Best New Series and the 2016 Eisner Award for Best Continuing Series. It's being developed by HULU.
That Texas Blood is a dark, neo-noir Western and crime series created by writer Chris Condon and artist Jacob Phillips. The story is frequently described as "Paris, Texas gut-punched by No Country for Old Men" or like a rural, dusty version of True Detective. It's being developed by FX.
