It’s official, the last of our apple litter, Honey, is officially adopted! We are so excited to have all of our babies placed in loving forever homes hand picked by the amazing foster who has raised them from just a couple of days old. All of our dogs hold a special place in our hearts, but those ones we hand raise so young really make an imprint 🥰 we can’t wait to see all of these babies growing and thriving. And with this, we also are thrilled to announce that Kristina and Dan had their second baby, Jackson! A lot of you have seen a very pregnant Kristina at the events, sometimes Dan, always one of them chasing the toddler around 🤣

As they navigate becoming the parents of two, we are taking this time to slow down intake and give them family time.

This year in just 6 months, we have already SURPASSED the amount of dogs we were able to save for the entire year last year. What an incredible accomplishment! And we owe it all to the fosters who said yes, the people who opened their hearts and donated, the rescue coordinators at the shelter and transporters who got them to us safely, and of course every one of you who have shared our posts to increase our reach and get these babies seen. It takes a village, and we are so proud to have such an amazing one.

We will still be taking in dogs when fosters are available, but with the new baby and fosters taking trips/vacations, we will be operating at a slower rate for the next couple of months before ramping back up and saving more lives.
