Join us for a special community workshop with Dr. Loretta Barry of Flora Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy as we explore one of the most important and often overlooked parts of the body.

Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, active, aging, or simply curious about supporting your long-term health, this workshop will help you better understand the connection between your pelvic floor, core, posture, breath, and overall well-being.
