Options:

The front kit is available with a rock crawler bar, an Ultra 4 bar, or a Desert truck bar. Standard double shear end links or the MaxFlex end link shocks.

Includes bar, arms, mounting tube with brackets, end links, end caps, and axle tabs.

The rear kit is available with a rock crawler bar or an Ultra 4 bar.

Includes bar, arms, mounting brackets, end links, and end caps.

Most of our MaxFlex end link kits for the TK 1 Racing sway bar kits are 12” - 16” long. One of today’s orders was a surprise when the customer needed a 20” end link.

That got us thinking……..what’s the longest we can build. Turns out it’s 35”. I doubt anyone will need end links that long but it’s nice to know it’s possible with off the shelf parts 😊

Sway bar arm tech:

On the left is out single shear sway bar arm. You can install the end link rod end to the inside our outside of the arm and you have 3 mounting hole options spaced 1” apart.

On the right is our double shear sway bar arm. The rod end installs in the center of the arm.

Both arms key and bolt to the 1-1/4” wide splined blocks.
