Special thank you to Heidi Jensen, Miguel Gutierrez, and Scott Jensen for all their hard work at making this happen. The award winning theme was USA and the menu was:
-Red, White, and Boom Braised Beef Short Rib and Corn Fritter Canapes - topped with red wine and blood orange reduction and the "boom" pop rocks candy
-Stars and Stripes Water Melon and Feta Bites - topped with fresh mint , crushed pistachios, and white balsamic hot honey glaze
