The $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill is officially signed into law. Included are $110 billion for roads and bridges, $65 billion towards broadband access, $55 billion for clean water, and $8 billion to create the first federal network of electric vehicle charging stations.

It also “clear[s] the way for Congress to advance the core of Biden’s climate agenda—the Build Back Better Act, which designates $555 billion to aggressively combat climate change and cut emissions in half over the next decade.”
