Senator Chambers is working to overturn the decision that the taxpayers of the state made to have greater local control over their taxes. They expect the Unicameral to overturn the law that they made 2 years ago, that the taxpayers of Nebraska voted into law in the 2010 Amendment 1 vote.

This is an amendment everyone can get behind. Mike Flood wrote a great letter advocating for the passing of Amendment 1.
