One year into our strategic plan, our team came together today to reflect on our progress, realign our goals, and focus on the work ahead.

These conversations are a reminder that meaningful impact happens through collaboration, shared vision, and a commitment to continuous growth. Together, we’re building on what we’ve accomplished and creating a clear path forward, all in service of our mission.

High school graduation is a huge milestone, but it’s not the end of the journey.

Through our Post-Secondary Program, mentors continue supporting students as they navigate college, trade school, careers, and life after high school. That continued encouragement and connection can make all the difference during a season filled with change and new challenges.

We’re currently looking for post-secondary mentors willing to walk alongside students in this next chapter.
