Johnson-Betts Meadows, a new 176-unit affordable housing community in southeast Topeka, is one step closer to becoming a reality. This project marks our first-ever groundbreaking in Kansas, making it an exciting milestone for our team as we continue to expand our mission of creating quality, affordable housing communities.

We’re proud to partner with local leaders and stakeholders to bring this transformational development to Topeka and expand access to affordable housing for families in the region.

We look forward to celebrating the groundbreaking later this month and watching this vision come to life.
