Meet our UNL Chapter President, Katie Kersten!
🌟Katie is an invaluable member of our team! She coordinates meetings with industry sponsers, plans the regional trips, and organizes chapter meetings and events. She is a very crucial part to our success!
🌟 This summer, she worked for in Beatrice, NE as a Process Engineering Intern. Among the tasks at her internship, Katie was able to design a system to recycle condensate from air compressors across three plants along with determining the value added and stewardship of saving water.
🌟She is also involved with numerous activities on campus, such as being an undergraduate research assistant, a CHME teaching assistant, and previous president of .
🌟Fun fact: Katie showed cows at a fair this summer in Nebraska.
