The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services is hiring a Physician to join their mission-driven healthcare team supporting individuals served within Nebraska’s state health system.

This role focuses on delivering direct, patient-centered medical care in a collaborative clinical environment where providers work as part of an interdisciplinary team.

🩺 What you’ll do:
- Provide comprehensive primary and/or specialty medical care to patients within a state facility setting
- Conduct medical assessments, evaluations, and ongoing patient care management
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a complex care environment
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in care planning, treatment coordination, and clinical consultations
- Support continuity of care for individuals with both medical and behavioral health needs

📍Location: Lincoln and Tecumseh, NE
