Why do we provide clinics/teams for free?

Thanks for asking! Our founder, Adam Schiltz, puts it best:

“I don’t believe I can take full credit for the skills I developed, the knowledge I gained, or the mentorship I received through collegiate and professional football. I absolutely take ownership of the hard work and dedication I put into mastering those areas—but I can’t claim ownership over the time and investment others poured into me as both a player and a person.

I also take ownership of the times I didn’t work hard, listen to my mentors, and chose selfishness over selflessness.”

The truth is, all of that—every coach, mentor, opportunity, and lesson—was a blessing from God. I believe He placed the right people in my life at the right time to shape me not just as an athlete, but as a man.

At Higher Performance, we want to be that same kind of blessing for young athletes. We give freely because God gave freely to us. You don’t have to earn it first—we’re here to serve, support, and help you become the best you can be, just like others did for us.

A lot of people helped me, but ultimately, it was God working through them. Now, we’re honored to let Him work through us.
