Because I fell behind on posting, in true *me* fashion; here's what I've been up to this week dance/drill wise...

Monday: Shimmy drill (multiple variations) to F*cking Hostile by Pantera

Tuesday: Intermediate dance class, roughly 6 songs danced to at various paces .

Wednesday: I was an absolute bump on a log! Lol

Thursday: I had a migraine, so I didn't do much; but before it kicked in I did some general stretching & practiced upcoming performance songs.

Friday: Stretching, chores, and A LOT of computer work.

Saturday: A LOT of cleaning at home

Sunday/Today: Beginner dance class & Fusion dance class... Planning to get a drill video in tonight; likely upper body work, as my ankle was angry with me by the end of both classes today!
