Cornbread Homestead

Yesterday was processing day 1. Today was day two when we actually prepared the meat to use in meals later. This takes two days because you need to allow the rabbits to chill for at least 12 hours so they go through rigor, cooking too soon is just cooking tough meat. We also have dog treats in the dehydrator.
