For 65 years, the Koons Pool has been a cornerstone of our community, providing a space for recreation, connection, and countless memories. It is with careful consideration that we announce the pool will not be opening for the 2025 season while we explore options for the future.



The decision reflects the need to address the challenges posed by the pool’s age and infrastructure. The water bills experienced during the 2024 season indicate that the underground piping needs to be evaluated. While not owned or operated by the Township, the Koons Pool is working with its officials to identify long-term solutions.
