When you adopt a dog that needed a cat to heal 🥹 Today is Ellie’s gotcha day. For those of you who are new, Ellie is a rescue dog. Her story is quite long, but Ellie was on the behavioral Euthanize list due to her not getting along with other dogs and humans. I was the only one she trusted. After long talks, we adopted Ellie. I was honestly so scared of what she may do to my three cats. We worked long and hard on her. She started to have a strong bond with our cat Rocky. They were two peas in a pod. Unfortunately Rocky’s life ended way too soon from cancer. Ellie was devastated and depressed. She had lost her best friend. 🥹Months went by and we decided to talk about another orange cat. Would she be best friends with him?
