We’re excited to welcome our 2026 summer intern class to ARRO!

Over the next few months, these six individuals will gain hands-on experience while supporting our engineering, AWS operations, and IT teams across the company:

🔹 AnnaBeth Glass, a student at Wilkes University, joins our Birdsboro office as an engineering intern.

🔹Nicolas Ropars, a student at the University of Pittsburgh, joins our Doylestown office as an engineering intern.

🔹Owen Rowe, a student at Widener University, joins our Lititz office as an engineering intern.

🔹Brian Archer and Luke Kauffman, both students at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, will support our ARRO Water Services team.

🔹Mackenzie Baker, a recent graduate of Bloomsburg University, joins our IT team in our Lititz office.

Today, we recognize International Building Safety Day, and the critical role safe, code-compliant structures play in protecting people, businesses, and public spaces.

At ARRO, our Uniform Construction Code (UCC) team plays an important role in supporting building safety. Through ongoing training and professional certifications, they stay current with evolving codes, technology, and industry standards. Their dedication helps ensure that buildings and facilities are safe, compliant, and built to serve our communities well for years to come.

For us, safety isn’t simply a checklist. It’s a core value that guides the work we do every day.

We’re excited to officially welcome Craig Gebhardt who recently joined ARRO as a Health & Safety Specialist!

Craig brings more than 40 years of experience supporting infrastructure, environmental, and utility projects, with deep expertise in developing health and safety programs and helping teams manage risk in complex project environments.

At ARRO, Craig will help strengthen and advance our corporate Health & Safety Program while working with teams across the firm to support safe practices in both office and field environments. His experience will play an important role in reinforcing ARRO’s commitment to protecting our people, our clients, and the communities we serve.
