Arkansas Referees
The Arkansas State Referee Committee has established an Arkansas Referee Program in order carryout the National Referee Development Program of the United States Soccer Federation; and to develop the quality and quantity of Federation referees, assessors, instructors, assignors to serve the State Association. The Arkansas Referee Program will register all those referees, assessors, instructors, and assignors required to serve the State in achieving excellence in officiating, governance, education, and administration.
