Tight feeling wrists aren't always lacking flexibility.
Sometimes the brain will give off painful signals to prevent a vulnerable area from getting injured.
If you've been stretching your tight wrists to no avail, it may be a stability problem and not a flexibility one.
It takes a lot of graded exposure to some of those painful movements to build up tolerance.
