Sleep isnβt lazy β itβs essential. Quality sleep helps regulate hormones, improve mood, boost energy, support fat loss, and speed up recovery from workouts.
Here are a few simple ways to improve your sleep β¨
π Create a wind-down routine
Try dimming lights, stretching, reading, or breathwork 30β60 minutes before bed.
π΅ Limit screens at night
Blue light can disrupt melatonin. If possible, put your phone down or use night mode.
π° Go to bed & wake up at the same time
Consistency helps reset your internal clock β even on weekends.
β Watch caffeine timing
Aim to stop caffeine by early afternoon to protect deep sleep.
