REMINDER:
SAME AR Post May Meeting: Industry Government Engagement Roundtables
Join us for a different kind of monthly meeting!
On Wednesday, May 13th, the SAME Arkansas Post is moving away from the traditional podium-and-slide presentation to host a dynamic Industry Government Engagement (IGE) session.
The Format:
We are facilitating a structured roundtable discussion designed to bridge the gap between sectors. Attendees will be divided into small groups consisting of both industry and government representatives. To ensure a productive dialogue, each group will have a designated leader and curated talking points focused on mutual pain points and collaborative solutions.
Why Attend?:
This is a high-impact opportunity to have your voice heard in a focused, interactive setting. Instead of just listening to a speaker, you will be part of the conversation, building stronger professional relationships and helping develop real-world solutions for our district.
Event Logistics:
When: Wednesday, May 13, 2026
Time: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Where: Camp Robinson Post Headquarters
Address: 9734 Arkansas Ave., North Little Rock, AR 72199
Theme: Industry Government Engagement (IGE) Roundtables
Base Access & Security:
The meeting is held at Camp Robinson. Please be aware that while the base is open to visitors, you must stop at the security office before proceeding through the main gate. All visitors are required to present a valid photo ID. Please allow a few extra minutes for this process.
RSVP for Lunch:
Lunch will be provided! To ensure we have an accurate headcount for the catering order, please RSVP directly to Jason Hopkins at: [email protected].
