What does your hospital or practice find to be the biggest coding challenge?
- Losing revenue due to undercoding or miss-coding (likely due to incomplete documentation)
- Compliance risk due to over-coding
- The ability to train and retain quality staff (internal coding)
- Government Regulations (ICD-10, ePrescribing, resulting reimbursement challenges)
