Personal Growth Beyond Awareness Using the "Five A's" To Promote Effective Self-Development

I had a great time exploring the mountains in northern Colorado up the Poudre Canyon with The wild flowers were popping and hiking the burn area from a few years ago gave us outstanding views and a lot of new growth. Not to mention a weekend without cell service!

Rick and I also spent time brainstorming for a weekend retreat we'll be offering this fall where we will combine my teaching of the Enneagram with Rick's teaching of writing and poetry to create a sacred weekend for self-expression and deep exploration for men. Stay tuned!!
