On a recent multifamily project, our team removed targeted areas of stucco and brick to trace moisture intrusion. This uncovered significant hidden damage, including wood rot that extended from upper floors to the foundation due to inadequate flashing and termination points.
The findings gave the engineer the clarity needed to design long term repairs and provided ownership with accurate information to plan the next phase of work. Once the investigation was complete, our team restored all areas to their original condition.
