Today is Chef Colton’s last day at Wingen. Colton has made a big impact in the last year and a half with us as Sous Chef. He came to us in the middle of an ambitious renovation and rode out the wave offering a helping hand at every step.

Colton is a baker, a chef, a friend and a gentleman. We wish him the very best in his next chapter up in Santa Rosa!

We hope he at least throws a couple pizza doughs in the air for us as a parting gift, come say goodbye tonight and get a Peach Pie!
