3. REACH (Relief for Energy Assistance through Community Help)-One-time bill credit (up to a certain amount) for customers facing hardship. 
4.Match My Payment Program-Newer PG&E program: they will match your payment toward a past-due bill (up to $1,000). 
5. Arrearage Management Plan (AMP)-Debt forgiveness plan for customers who are on CARE or FERA. If you make 12 on-time payment cycles, eligible debt (up to a certain amount) will be forgiven.
